When will Yotsuba&! come out?
When will Yotsuba&! come out?

LOOK YOU BASTARDS, you made Yotsuba cry!
There has been absolutely no movement whatsoever, not even slightly, on the Yotsuba&! Vol. 6 front since I made this post earlier in the year, other than a few non-commital words from ADV spokesman Chris Oarr.
I was going to kick off about some of the comments that were made – a few of them really deserve it – but I think Omo’s way of approaching the ridiculous delay that we have been subjected to is much more fun…
When will Yotsuba&! come out? When will Yotsuba&! come out?
When will Yotsuba&! come out? When will Yotsuba&! come out?
When will Yotsuba&! come out? When will Yotsuba&! come out?
When will Yotsuba&! come out? When will Yotsuba&! come out?
When will Yotsuba&! come out? When will Yotsuba&! come out?
When will Yotsuba&! come out? When will Yotsuba&! come out?
When will Yotsuba&! come out? When will Yotsuba&! come out?
When will Yotsuba&! come out? When will Yotsuba&! come out?
When will Yotsuba&! come out? When will Yotsuba&! come out?
When will Yotsuba&! come out? When will Yotsuba&! come out?
When will Yotsuba&! come out? When will Yotsuba&! come out?
When will Yotsuba&! come out? When will Yotsuba&! come out?
Spread the word!
And don’t forget Gunslinger Girl and the UK R2 release of 5cm while we’re at it!

Everyone’s making a fuss about this and I haven’t even read a chapter, but the girl is cuuute!

The manga is more than cute, it is very funny too. Well recommended. Go buy it!

Things seem to be going from bad to worse for ADV it seems. Every bit of news in recent weeks/months has been yet another depressing reminder of how the wheels are falling off – whether it’s the state of the industry worldwide or their failing business model, I don’t know. Either way, they can’t seem to get themselves back on track before something else goes wrong.
I don’t know much about Yotsuba& either but at as long as ADV have any hand in its distribution, I probably never will. :(

I guess there is a possibility that we could see a Yotsuba rescue from a company like Tokyopop in the same way that it took over the Aria manga franchise from ADV.
Still, there are five volumes widely available (all in stock at Amazon) and they are competent translations. No reason not to buy unless you have an ideological dislike of ADV.

It’s absolutely criminal they way we’ve been denied this manga. Seriously, ADV, get your ass in gear. That’s all I have to say.

Just go to http://4chan.biz and you can download all the episodes (even up to ep 56 which only came out 2 weeks ago in Japan).
I’ve also bought some of the manga volumes, but I’m not going to wait around for ADV to release them to read them.

Yeah, I know I can download them – and I have – but I want to give Azuma money! I want to buy his books so he doesn’t give up writing Yotsuba&!
