There’s something about Patty
Yes I know, I’m getting over the fact that it has finished.

ONE THING HAS been bugging me for ages about Lucky ☆ Star. Even though the anime finished a couple of weeks back, whenever I watched it, I had this faint feeling of familiarity every time that Patty spoke.
I don’t know how I managed to miss it, but I can now see this is because her seiyuu is Sasaki Nozomi, who made such a fascinating and dreamy voiced debut in last year’s Bokura ga Ita. Why I didn’t pick up on that before, I will never know, but I can rest easy now.
On the subject of Lucky ☆ Star voice actors, I see big things ahead for newbie seiyuu Kaoru Mizuhara, who played the befanged Misao. She needs her own show!

Wow, thanks for pointing that out. Now I’ve got a reason to rewatch the latest episodes a.f.k.’s been releasing recently, even if it hasn’t exactly been on my to-do list. Been ages since I saw Bokura ga Ita.

Did you read the manga ending of Bokura ga ita? IIRC They were supplied with the Triad fan subs release. I sheds a whole new perspective on the last episode of the show.
I know its complete shoujo nonsense :) but I’m really tempted to read the whole Bokura ga ita manga after seeing that.
